    Applications for the Phlebotomy program are open year-round. This program begins multiple times a year at the Avon Park and DeSoto campus with varying schedules. Please contact healthsciences@southflorida.edu once you have submitted your admissions application.

    The Career Certificate in Phlebotomy:

    • is a limited access program with only 12 students accepted each time the program is offered
    • requires students to be at least 18 years of age
    • Complete an online , select Phlebotomy.
    • Individuals with a current 91¾«Ń” Admissions Applicationā€”submitted within the past year or who are currently enrolled as academic studentsā€”are eligible to complete a limited-access program application for .
